PTA 8th Grade Activities:

Date: May 6, 2017

Time: From 7pm – 10pm
Location: Conyers Middle School; 400 Sigman Road; Conyers

Cost: $35 is the individual price if you did not pay for all 3 events.  Signatures from Dance Packet are mandatory!

PTA 8th Grade Fun Day:

Date: Wednesday, May 24, 2017

Time: From 11am– 3pm
Location: Conyers Middle School; 400 Sigman Road; Conyers

Cost: $35 is the individual price if you did not pay for all 3 events.

PTA 8th Grade Ceremony:

Date: Thursday, May 25, 2017

Time: From 6pm – 8pm
Location: Conyers Middle School; 400 Sigman Road; Conyers

Cost: $20 is the individual price if you did not pay for all 3 events.

The next PTA Meeting is:

Board Meeting: Wednesday, January 18th at 6pm located in the CMS Parent Center. 
General Meeting: Wednesday, January 25th at 6pm located in the CMS Parent Center.

The meetings for March 2017 and April 2017, have not yet been scheduled.  Please continue to check back, as we need parent volunteers for all the upcoming 8th Grade Activities.  Thanks!

THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 14TH.   CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY!!  Click below for information of what is included, and ways you can volunteer.  Any questions, just ask our PTA or the CMS Parent Liaison!  Please remember, per school policy, students that have outstanding cafeteria charges/library fines/picture fees are not allowed to participate until the debt has been paid/cleared. 


Want to know more about the 8th Grade Activities & Fee Schedule?  Click here for more information!   Are you looking for the Dance Information Packet?  If so, click here to get the guidelines, dress code requirements, parent volunteers & chaperones, and behavior guidelines.  Print off these forms at home and send the completed information in with your child to return to their homeroom teacher.
